The Topaz Ballroom has plenty of space for as many as 300 people to comfortably get together for cocktails, or for 200 diners, to share in some of the most important moments in your, or their, life.

The sound stage, with state-of-the-art audio equipment, provides a focus for special presentations or announcements, or even for live performances. No one need miss a thing either as flat-screen TVs are dotted about the room giving everyone a chance to see what’s happening.

Even before entering the Topaz Ballroom, your guests can relax in the beautiful Topaz Garden under the shelter of our stunning Banyan Tree — a beautiful backdrop for photographs, this tree is a source of serenity for us and for our guests and we’re incredibly proud of it.

And of course the Topaz Ballroom is served by one of the most highly reputed kitchens in Phnom Penh. Topaz restaurant is renowned for its classic French gourmet cuisine, including our famous steaks, fine oysters, and luxurious foie gras, created with ingredients that are personally selected and directly imported from among the best producers in France and Cambodia.

Topaz has been serving Phnom Penh’s most discerning diners for almost 20 years.
