Offering the best fine dining experience in Phnom Penh with all your favourite Topaz dishes, our wonderful new venue is even bigger and better featuring a stylish restaurant for 110 guests and a cigar bar lounge area for pre or post dinner drinks.

We also have 7 VIP rooms for private dining which overlook our peaceful water garden surrounding an impressive banyan tree. In a few months we will also be opening our banquet and conference hall which will cater for up to 250 guests.
