On 21st November 2024, we’ll be hosting the Didier Corlou Wine Dinner, a unique evening featuring the renowned Chef Didier Corlou. Known for his extraordinary talent in blending French and Southeast Asian flavors, Chef Didier has crafted a menu that celebrates “Brittany in Cambodia”, merging the best of land and sea in an unforgettable five-course feast.
Highlights of the evening’s menu include:
- Black Pearl Oysters with Caviar and Kampot Pepper Sorbet
- Fresh Duck Liver Foie Gras and Lobster with Green Apple
- Australian Marbled Beef and Lobster in Yin and Yang with Cadoret Oyster Sauce
- Artisanal selection of house-aged cheeses
- Soft Red Fruit Cake with Black Sesame Ice Cream
Each dish will be paired with carefully selected wines, chosen to enhance every flavor and bring this experience to life.
