Capture the true spirit of Christmas at Topaz where we have gone all out to create the perfect atmosphere for celebrating with your friends and family over a festive but refined eight-course feast of delicacies that unite East and West, and classic and contemporary flavours, all prepared and served by our diligent teams of kitchen and restaurant angels.
It’s definitely not Christmas without chestnuts, which is why for your main course we have prepared a lavish dish of rich, wild and earthy flavours with a roasted fillet of wild quail with foie gras and black winter truffles, served with celery and chestnut purée, and a potato tart with onion confit.
But before you get there, the festivities start with a classic French taste of Snails sautéed in a sizzling Herb Butter and topped with the mineral-rich flavours of a Parsley Royale and silky diced Tomatoes with Bayonne Ham and Lovage Dressing. The next course will make your palate sparkle with flavours from around the world: Kampot Crab Cannelloni, adorned with Guacamole, Cucumber, Pink Grapefruit and Salmon Roe. The contrasts continue with a sumptuous combination of earthy and marine in an Atlantic Lobster Consommé with Golden Needle Mushrooms and Jumbo Morels. Then blending contrasts in one stupendous dish, the next course is a divine Ravioli of Foie Gras topped with a vivacious Ginger Cream and Orange Emulsion. We think your taste buds will be bursting with joy, but the feast continues in the greatest of Christmas spirits!!
