Last month, Artisans d’Angkor hosted a spectacular fashion show at the Topaz Ballroom, thrilling the audience with their beautiful, sensual designs in silk including a bridal range that truly dazzled. 

This is the first time that Artisans d’Angkor have showcased their designs on silk in Phnom Penh, and everyone was thrilled with how the whole evening came together. 

But the evening was not just a feast for the eyes, as the ever-industrious Topaz kitchen team turned out a delicious four-course dinner for almost 200 people, featuring a very glamorous salmon carpaccio and a luxurious beef Wellington stuffed with foie gras.
