Showcasing some of the culinary skills learned from this year’s visiting Michelin Star Chefs (such as the masterful plating and presentation techniques of Phillipe Girardon), our Christmas dishes feature both traditional and surprisingly unique seasonal ingredients. Each plate joyously celebrates winter’s rich palate and can be relished either with or without wine pairings.
